Cancellation Policy

🔥 General Booking and Cancellation Conditions Flow Arts Classes – Free Spirit Flow School ⸻ 🌞 Afternoon Classes: Introductory Flow Arts (1 hour) • Duration: 1 hour • Content: Introduction to several props (sticks, bowls, rope darts, etc.), warm-up, guided exercises, free flow time, and discussions. • Open to all, no level required. ⸻ 🌅 Evening Classes: Introductory + Fire Dancing Demo (1.5 hours) • Duration: 1.5 hours • Content: Same program as the classic introductory class, followed by a fire dancing demonstration at sunset (included). ⸻ ✅ Booking • Classes must be booked individually online, via the booking platform. • Payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your spot. • As the number of participants is limited, spots are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. • Once your reservation is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email. ⸻ ⏰ Arrival & Punctuality • Please arrive at least 5 minutes before the start of the class to settle in and avoid disrupting the practice area. • Any delay of more than 5 minutes may result in denial of access to the class, without refund. ⸻ ❌ Cancellation & Refund • You can cancel your reservation up to 1 hour before the class, directly via your online account. • In case of cancellation less than 1 hour in advance or no-show, no refund or rescheduling will be issued. • As spaces are limited, this ensures a balanced and engaged session. ⸻ 🌧️ In case of adverse weather • If the class is held outdoors (beach, forest, etc.), cancellations may be made up to 1 hour before the start date. • You will be notified by text message or email. • In this case, your spot will be rescheduled to another time slot at no additional cost. ⸻ 🎟️ Specific Conditions • No membership or class card is valid for Flow Arts classes. • These sessions are experiential, independent, and can only be booked individually. ⸻ 💫 These conditions are intended to ensure a seamless, joyful, and respectful experience for all participants.
