Cancellation Policy

🌺 General Reservation & Cancellation Conditions 🌸 Reservation • The circle is open to all women; no prerequisites are necessary. • Reservations are required via the online platform, as spaces are limited to preserve the privacy of the circle. • Payment is required at the time of reservation to confirm your participation. • Once your registration is validated, you will receive a confirmation email with practical information. ⸻ ⏰ Punctuality & Welcome • Please arrive 5 minutes early to allow for a comfortable drop-off before the circle opens. • Once the circle opens, no entries will be accepted to respect the collective energy. • In case of lateness, your place will not be refunded, even if the circle has not yet started. ⸻ ❌ Cancellation & Refund • You can cancel up to 24 hours before the start of the circle directly online. • Any cancellation less than 24 hours in advance, or no-show, will not entitle you to a refund or postponement. • This commitment helps maintain the group's energetic coherence and the smooth running of the organization. ⸻ 🌧️ In case of change • In the event of adverse weather (if the circle is held outdoors) or an unforeseen event by the facilitator, you will be informed as soon as possible. • In this case, you can choose to postpone to another date or receive a credit note valid for 3 months. ⸻ 💕 Sacred Commitment The circle is a space of trust, listening, and non-judgment.
